Peter Ciriello represented us as a Buyer on the transaction of a 48-unit property in Koreatown that sold for over $9 million.

While it helped that Peter knew the Seller well and had brought us into the deal prior to it being listed, the Seller eventually listed the property with another firm. While most brokers might have been deterred by that, Peter never quit, he was relentless in getting us the necessary documents, always was prompt answering calls and/or returning them, and made us comfortable with any little request until the close of escrow. Ultimately the Seller agreed to sell to us.
